Location, rooms where clean and tidy, and you can pay €40 extra to keep room on till 10pm on check out day which was handing seeing as we had a night flight.

It was absolutely manky dirty!
It was absolutely manky dirty! Air con didn’t work, beds never got changed for the whole week we stayed. Was so smelly, I got bed bites! Staff wore so rude and slow

Convenient location
Me and my girlfriend paid extra for a double room instead of a twin, with sea view and got 2 single beds pushed together and staff said nothing they could do. 2nd day there was no water in the hotel so couldn’t shower before going out for the day. No real rush to sort anything out from the staff either.

Nice location but lack of cleanliness at times. Two days with no Water!!
Excellent location! Very nice balcony and a good view of the Bay. Bus stop very near hotel for all tourist beaches and the Airport.
No water for two days due to a weather disruption but no immediate attention given. Floor in the bedroom was not clean. The toilet and Bathroom smelled very bad for the entirety of the stay. The staff at reception were sometimes helpful but not particularly willing to always offer a good service. A return sum of money should have been offered due to the lack of water for two days during our stay. The entire bill is paid upfront upon arrival at the hotel which seems unacceptable when there are issues with the period of stay.
